The Trademark Registry, now operating as part of the Nigerian Industrial Property Office (IPO Nigeria) under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, is responsible for administering trademark registration and related services in Nigeria. The Registry examines trademark applications, maintains the register of trademarks, publishes trademark journals, and oversees opposition and post-registration proceedings.
