The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB)

Trademark and Patent Tribunal

The Registrar of Trademarks, Patents and Designs Registry sits as a Tribunal to adjudicate over disputes and applications arising from the operation of the Trademarks, Patents and Designs Act. The Registrar has the power to adjudicate over contentious and non-contentious applications including applications arising from Trademark Opposition proceedings. Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON)

COSON is a non-profit making organization of all owners of copyright or neighboring rights in musical works and sound recordings.
