Nooktoria is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. We work to expand public access to legal information across Africa by providing free access to laws, regulations, treaties, court decisions, scholarly articles, legal papers, news reports, and other educational resources.
Through initiatives such as the Public Access to Statutes Initiative, we make legal materials easier to find and use. We also maintain an Anti-Counterfeiting and Illicit Trade Database that tracks reported enforcement actions, seizures, investigations, prosecutions, and other developments involving counterfeit goods, piracy, and illicit trade.
