That you Olisakwe Chigozie Loffman Nigerian, Male of No 74 Fasisi street, Ajegunle Lagos state on or about the 1st day of September 2014 within the Lagos Judicial Division of the Federal High Court did cause to be made for the purposes of trade and business One thousand, one hundred and ninety (1190) infringing copies of works in which copyright subsist in favour of Olu Omoju, Mark Nkemdi, Pearson publishers and HEBN publishers and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under the Section 20(1)(a) of the Copyright Act C28 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
