Important: The Trademark Application fee covers the application from filing through publication only. It does not include the Trademark Registration Certificate Request fee. The certificate fee is charged separately after the application has completed the publication stage and is eligible to proceed to registration.
Fees are charged per trademark class. An application covering more than one class will require a separate filing and applicable fee for each class.
